About the Journal

The scientific journal "Political expertise: POLITEX" was founded in 2005 by St. Petersburg state University. It was conceived and developed as a specialized scientific journal on political Sciences. It regularly publishes articles on the theory of the history of political studies, political sociology, political philosophy, public policy, the world political process and international relations, political regionalism, political culture and ideologies, political conflictology. Both theoretical articles and those based on the results of empirical research are welcome. The journal publishes scientific articles, scientific reviews and analytical materials.

The policy of the publication is determined by the international Council Board, the publication process is organized by the Editorial Board. Both bodies are composed of leading Russian and international political scientists in the fields of political philosophy, political conflictology, political sociology, political regionalism, public policy and public administration.

Editorial policy is determined by the principles of high quality of scientific publications, openness, accessibility and professional ethics.

The journal "Political expertise: POLITEX" is a quarterly journal.
